- Make daily trash and litter pick-up of the grounds and the trash area with special emphasis around the dumpster or compactors
- Care for flower beds, including preparation, planting, weeding, and watering as applicable
- Sweep curbs, gutters and carports
- Maintain ground equipment as recommended by the manufacturer or required by the supervisor
- Maintain all streams, fountains, pool, spa, and on-site water features as needed
- Maintain property signs
- Maintain a neat, clean, professional appearance at all times.
- Complete special projects as assigned by the supervisor or resident manager.
- Assist other departments as needed and specified by the supervisor or resident manager
- Bring any areas of concern to a supervisor or resident manager's attention
- Ability to comprehend and follow all safety procedures for all hazardous materials used
- Adhere to all Jamboree policies in the employee handbook
- Complete the timesheet on a daily basis
- Adhere to overtime policy as dictated by the resident manager
- Responsible for thorough upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and Leasing Office, parking lots and other community buildings.
- Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis.
